Consumer Narrative
I have a Bank of America bank account. Ive provided teller my debit, credit card, XXXX military ID, XXXX XXXX XXXX license, and Police ID as proof ti withdraw {$9000.00}. The bank refuses to disperse funds unless I provide a passport. I showed them an image and they still refused. Im buying a car and my passport is locked away adding 6 hours of travel to get my passport. They argue bank policy overrules laws around this, but wont show proof of policy.
