I purchased the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$600.00} from the store on XXXX ( id. XXXX ) on XXXX, XXXX. I received the bracelet on XXXX, XXXX, but there were some errors on the bracelet ( the location of lettering and the shape of clasp were different from item description ). I immediately contacted the seller and let her know about the errors I found on the product. she admitted that there were mistakes on her side. The new employee sent me a wrong product and she said she will make new ( corrected ) bracelet and resend it to me. At that point, she did not provide any return instruction so I decided to wait until she's ready to reship the new product. often times, the seller let the customers keep the defected product because of high return shipping fee. I also found out that this bracelet was not XXXX XXXX XXXX I ordered. it was XXXX XXXX XXXX I was I patiently waited about 3 weeks by checking the status of the new production with the seller about once a week since she didn't give me any updates unless I asked. Every time when I asked about the status, she said it's still under production, then when I asked about it last time on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, she didn't respond after seen my message. I asked again on XXXX, XXXX, She didn't read my message at all. From that point, I couldn't see her post. I tried to log on to her XXXX store by computer, it was still there selling products. The seller intentionally blocked me so I couldn't see her posts and ignore my message. The seller intentionally cancelled our transaction all by herself without saying anything. she broke the promise to resend the right bracelet.
