All agencies involved failed to provide validation and continued to collect, which is a direct violation of FDCPA 1692g ( b ), 1692e, and 1692f. These companies are attempting to collect debts they have not validated, and they are legally prohibited from continuing collection activity until validation is provided. They have also communicated using multiple channels ( text, email ) after being notified of the dispute. I am requesting the CFPB to investigate these companies for unlawful collection practices, stop all collection activity, and require deletion of any negative credit reporting associated with these unvalidated debts.
