Hi, Ive been making late payments in the amount of {$28.00} with every payment total amount is {$1100.00} which covers monthly payment & late fee {$1000.00}, Ive been calling since XX/XX/year>, since the mortgage companies changed hands from movement mortgage to XXXX by Carrington seems its a ongoing issues, I keep paying in full & keep receiving letters that I still owe these late fees, for months now I call every month & told in XXXX weeks itll be updated, next month etc. I asked for Supervisor Named XXXX XXXX he told me hed be my point of contact & said I had enough $ to cover all fees but their billing Dept hasnt moved it yet he told me hed get it taken care of by end of the week which this was in XX/XX/year>, he never did nor did he contact me back in any way, I called back again then was told my acoiunt had to be current before they apply months of late fees which their still billing me as if Im not paying them at all!, I have until the XXXX of every month before a fee is assessed then I was told weeks in XXXX when I called again they will apply all the late fees Ive been paying for months XX/XX/XXXX I thought to myself thats a Holiday theyll be close for XXXX days now I have online statement & paper statement saying I still owe these payments & it says I only paid {$930.00}, which I paid {$1100.00} once again their billing is incorrect I have all my proof of payments, when I call they all said Ive paid correct amount then the promises of help or call back is non existent, its been XXXX mos, please I need help with this issue, thank you, the fees are up to {$240.00}, which are all paid in full
