I have been wondering why my account is on hold and that the IDR form has not been updated, since last year in XX/XX/XXXX, I have been checking with MOHELA. I had my other loan on forbearance because the payments jumped from {$32.00} to {$260.00}. and I want to pay the interest while it is being paused, but also I have submitted IDR update in XX/XX/XXXX.
