None of my complaints I have submitted through CFPB have been addressed. The first one I submitted you requested 60 more days to research. That was XXXX. I never received any information back from Mohela. I have saved every message, email, complaint, and response. It is very detailed showing that I made the 120th payment on my loans that qualify for PSLF in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I have now paid 137 payments with a record of all payments. I have submitted multiple ECF from my qualifying employer that have not been reviewed in over a year. I have submitted a request for forbearance and was denied by Mohela.
