im notsure if this should be a case sueingchase bank instead or not. Ill try to make it short.So i opened my account at chase bank in XX/XX/year> where i made a XXXX deposit. So in XXXX i noticed some transactions from online casinos i didntauthorize. I ended up getting that money back and was issued a new card but not a new account number. so i told the bank i did not gamble online and to my surprise these transactions continued. the bank also told me that ach transfers were coming out as well. so why i did not get a new account number is beyond me. so i ended up having some major surgeries and told the bank i would be healing from that. that was in XXXX. After healing for quite some time i was finally able to check my account and realized these transactions never stopped. i lost thousands and thousands of dollars to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and a couple others. XXXX XXXX XXXX took the most money by far. so chase bank denied all my claims. one reason i was given was because not all transactions from a merchant were included in the claim. which has nothing to do with me i'm not the one able to even file the claim. Another reason was just they couldntget the money back. I have requested multiple times for documents stating how they investigated the claims and have yet to receive anything. I was even told i could have them reinvestigate the claim if i called the next business day. next day i called they told me they closed my account and there is nothing they could do. i also asked multiple times to update my phone number in XXXX before i had XXXX but couldn't get anyone to do it for me. chase bank also wont give me any info on these merchants. vgw gold coin was able to charge me XXXX at a time back to back. which is insane. i want my money back from the online casinos, especially XXXX XXXX coin which has taken the most money from me.
