I was issued a u.s bank relic card for XXXX XXXX unemployment, I was told that XXXX atm, among others would not charge me a fee its free, so I useded their website amd went to a XXXX drug store to use the machine XXXX, I could only remove XXXX at a XXXX limit, so I took out XXXX withdraws of XXXX, charged me XXXX dollars for all XXXX, its XXXX to be free I called them 3 times explained, they gave a XXXX back on the XXXX, XXXX missing XXXX dollars still from the withdrawals, I have the receipts from the withdrawal, also told us bank wouldn't charge me for tsking from. XXXX amd I was charged XXXX my balance was XXXX originally I withdrew XXXX, first day, and another XXXX a next day my balance is XXXX
