I am a regular traveler with XXXX XXXX. On several occasions, I was invited to apply for the XXXX XXXX Credit Card issued by CitiBank to take advantage of travel benefits. Consequently, I submitted my application for that credit card last XXXX, with my credit score exceeding XXXX. Subsequently, I discovered that CitiBank had conducted a credit inquiry, resulting in a XXXX decrease in my credit score. Following this, I received a letter instructing me to call a toll-free number for further information. When I called, the representatives were exceedingly unprofessional and discourteous during the conversation, repeatedly stating that they could not provide me with any information!
