As of XXXX, our summer taxes were not paid and the money was sitting in escrow. We were never notified, we found out by accident. We have called everyday since XXXX and as of XXXX we finally were told that the legal description was filed incorrectly by the mortgage company. We have refilled it with them but also they found it and have had it since XXXX and still have not fixed this issue. They were not going to pay our winter taxes either which could force a lien on our home. The money is sitting in escrow. The conpany still can't give any info as to why this happened or when they will fix it.
