On or about XX/XX/XXXX a loan was obtained in my name for {$5400.00} with XXXX, XXXX the account ending in XXXX, the Loan was charged off XX/XX/XXXX, they said payments were made of {$2900.00} and that I stop making payments. They did not have any record of what monthly payments were. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX A limited Liability Company claims they acquired the loan and was working with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ( SBN XXXX ) XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, and file a Judgement against me in XXXX. During that time from XXXX I never receive written notice was ever sent to me indicating that I was late or in default on the loan, no communication was provided informing me that the original loan would be sold, transferred, or assigned to another entity. including any debt collector or third-party servicer. The debt did show up on my Credit Report as balance XXXX, closed/never late during that time, date open XXXX, last activity XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX due XXXX and last reported XX/XX/XXXX. I never pay attention to my credit report and did not take action because it said i did not owe anything and at that time I was not really aware of the dispute process and cleaning your credit up. I file bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX, and on the Bankruptcy Credit Report it show up on Liabilities without balances, and they had a creditor meeting XX/XX/XXXX and they did not appear to dispute the loan that show a XXXX balance.
