On XXXXXXXX XXXX, I transferred money through XXXX home to XXXX. It showed delivered so I didn't bother to check again. The money was taken from my bank account. On the XXXX XX/XX/year>, I transferred another money to the same recipient and this time I called to ask if they got it because it was for something urgent. No money was delivered. This prompted me to check the first transaction, only to find out it has been cancelled but no refund issued to me.I contacted them to report it but they insisted they have refunded the cancelled transaction and have delivered the last transfer. My bank confirmed no refund issued. The recipient has since not received the money. I feel I have been scammed.
