I have tried to contact CITIBANK several times about inquiries sitting on my credit report which I did not authorize nor initiate and filed disputes and the company refuses to remove it. I did not apply for a bank nor credit card with this company and they have an inquiry sitting on my credit reports. I am a victim of identity theft and have contact several banks about this already and this is the only one who has yet to remove the inquiries from my credit report. This is causing financial harm and distress. I have spoken with my husbands XXXX XXXX XXXX and have been advised we will take legal action should this information not be removed.
