Company : Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority ( Mohela ) Product : Student loan Issue : Incorrect information on credit report / Problems with credit reporting I am disputing two late payments reported by Mohela on my student loan account for XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. The account has been current ever since I was notified, and I have maintained on-time payments since then. Account number : # XXXX Reported late payment months : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX Current status : Paid and current since [ XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Mohela in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX via phone and XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX via certified Mail to request correction and/or goodwill adjustment. I provided documentation showing the account was brought current immediately after notification. Despite my efforts, Mohela has not corrected the reporting or provided documentation supporting the continued reporting of these late marks .I am requesting the CFPBs assistance to prompt Mohela to : Investigate this reporting ; Provide documentation supporting the late entries ; and Update/correct my credit file by removing these two late payment entries across all credit bureaus.
