I filed a complaint with Federal Student Aid regarding my student payments not counting towards XXXX because of bad record keeping and inaccurate information told to me by MOHELA 's customer service representatives. They emailed me on XX/XX/year> saying that my payments would be recalculated once I recertified my employment in the new year. After recertifying and receiving confirmation that my XXXX application was completed and processed, my payments were not recorded as qualifying payments, despite my regular payments from XXXX through XXXX AND being promised that if I paid double the amount in XXXX it would also count towards XXXX. Only XXXX of my loans accurately reflect XXXX through XXXX as having qualifying payments. The rest of my loans are all over the place - a few only showing XXXX as having a qualifying payment.
