This complaint reflects my personal experience and opinion. On XX/XX/XXXX my wife and I attended a XXXXlanguage sales presentation for a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, FL. The full contract in English was not provided at the presentation. It was later delivered by XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. After reading the contract, what was written did not match what was promised in the presentation. On XX/XX/XXXX I called to cancel/rescind. I never activated or used any membership benefits. On XX/XX/XXXX a related charge posted to my bank account and the bank investigated and reversed it. Despite this, Concord Servicing LLC caused an entry to appear on my XXXX credit report coded as a mortgage account paid/closed with 2 late payments, even though I have never had any mortgage with Concord or its affiliates and have never used this membership. I requested validation of the debt ( signed contract, billing statements, proof of default, explanation of what they are reporting ). Concord only sent an internal Loan History and could not provide an executed agreement with informed consent, activation/use records, or any documents showing a real delinquency or DOFD. On XX/XX/XXXX Concord also told me by phone that they were acting as a debt collector and transferred me to XXXX XXXX which asked me for a screenshot of my own credit report and still could not clearly explain or validate what was being reported. I believe Concord is trying to collect a debt that is not owed and is furnishing inaccurate and unverifiable information that is damaging my credit.
