On XXXX I ordered two print outs hard copies to be shipped of family crest, in two different last names. No shipments at all, there response in email XXXX print your copies. To save them money on paper ink and the cost of the shipment they want me to print my own. Scam, Bait and switch. Cost for {$66.00} on my BA America card. they have a 30-day return. XXXX XXXX No phone number or fax. No help from BA America, I have no online account, unable to file a scam.
