I completed the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ) which included a career guarantee. I secured employment as a XXXX XXXX in Kansas XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, fulfilling the guarantee terms. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was involved in an XXXX XXXX My employer initially allowed me to work from home while my car situation was resolved. When my insurance company determined my car was totaled, I informed my employer. I was XXXX shortly after ( XX/XX/XXXX ) due to my inability to commute to the office. I have documentation of this termination and the accident. My first loan payment of {$750.00} is due XX/XX/XXXX. I can not make this payment. I have contacted Ascent Funding and XXXX XXXX multiple times. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX denied further deferment stating I have exhausted my postponement time and provided a PDF explaining the denial. They directed me to contact the school regarding the career guarantee. I have emailed XXXXXXXX XXXX multiple times requesting information about the career guarantee and hardship exceptions. They have either ignored my requests or stated they " have no insight into the loan '' without addressing the guarantee claim. The company was acquired by XXXX XXXX while I was enrolled ( my certificate shows both Thinkful and Chegg Skills ). I am being bounced between the loan servicer and the school with no resolution. My mother co-signed this loan and both our credit is at risk. I have documentation of the accident and all attempts to resolve this.
