On XX/XX/year>, on my Apple XXXX I inadvertently using facial recognition in the Apple App Store purchased {$59.00} worth of credits for a game called XXXX XXXX. I could not believe this had just happened. I immediately contacted Apple to dispute this unintentional and fraudulent charge. I asked Apple to look at my purchase history in regards to my App Store purchases and spending. I explained that this would further confirm that my purchase of {$60.00} worth of credits for a game is something I dont do and my purchase history collaborates this. Well, it was denied. My refund was 100 % denied so I attached the text messages that followed with Apple and Myself, and once again my dispute was denied. This is absolutely fraudulent on Apples part and I am demanding a full refund.
