A non-posted balance of {$1200.00} consisting of regular purchase transactions subject to a higher APR. This balance would have applied to the XXXX statement. Despite this, the payment amount in excess of the {$470.00} and {$38.00} for a total of {$510.00} was applied to the 0 % promotional balance rather than to the non-posted revolving balance carrying the higher interest rate.
