i am dealing with a huge issue.... MOHELA XXXX XXXX of my student loans late last year for various months ... from XXXX to XXXX of XXXX ... this absolutely crushed my credit score... I never received a peice of mail or a email or anything stating that the cares act defferments were over and that i had to re apply.... once i got to check my credit report because i want to purchase a home i was blown away at how low my score was and noticed that they reported me late... as soon as i saw this i got on the phone with them and refinanced my loan and took care of it but these late payments are still hindering my credit. i called and tried to get them to reverse the reporting and was told to write a letter to them and they will reverse it and put report them as on time never late, i wrote a letter to them direct as well as all XXXX bureaus and nothing was done..... i need your help... this is criminal what they are doing here .. they are causing damages to my credit health and financial health .. i have nothing reported as derogatory on my credit report but these late payments.... here are the account numbers as they read on my credit report XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX
