On XX/XX/year> I was going to make a purchase at JC Penny 's and they closed my Tjx Rewards Mastercard without even notifying me. I spoke to XXXX the supervisor on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX and she told me I was high risk. I pay my TJ Card on a regular basis with only a {$250.00} limit. I explained to XXXX that I had to cut down my work hours to take care of my XXXX XXXX XXXX mom so I was having financial difficulties on managing my other credit cards. I tried to explain my situation to the other credit card companies to make arrangements but they refused to help in any way. XXXX was the rudest, nastiest, most unprofessional supervisor I have ever dealt with. I would like this credit card open as I have been paying good on it. The agents and supervisors should be retrained on customer service and I do not appreciate being treated like a criminal when I am in a very hard situation I am trying to get through. Not everyone is a criminal or trying to work the system. I was treated very badly and I do not appreciate it.
