Bank of America had requested online profile update which I attempted numerous times.My profile has always been updated during the past 34 years if anything had changed. When I tried to update, the system would not allow to send unless you made a change, but no explanation. I did attempt at least XXXX times over a couple months. I was notified by BofA that my online bill pay had been canceled, so went to branch office to close account.The banked informed me the account had been frozen. Branch office contacted corporate office & I was able to close account & issued cashers check for the balance. The explanation was they are not accepting mailing addresses, which they certainly did for the past 34 years. They never explained this by phone, email or post office mail, only the update profile. My XXXX credit cards were the next to be canceled without notice again, I found out when purchase was denied. These XXXX credit cards have ALWAYS been paid in full each month for the past 34 years and now they refuse to honor rewards on either, even when the balance has been paid in full. I asked several customer agents to please send be written confirmation by email that I am no longer eligible for rewards since they canceled my credit cards & was told they don't send emails. They owe me about {$500.00} between the XXXX but unable the exact amount since my online account has been closed.
