My student loans were with Mohela. I applied and was granted public service loan forgiveness. My Mohlea account shows a refund for {$2800.00} on XX/XX/year>. I was told it would take 90-120 business days for me to receive my check. Ive reached out to Mohela several times over the last few months wanting to get an update on my refund. Several different answers were given to me such as it was out of their hands, that my check was in the mail, that I just needed to be patient. Ive called the federal student aid center and was told it was out of their hands also. I was never late in making my student loan payments over the years. It has been over 6 months since my refund was supposedly issued. I am requesting confirmation of whether the refund was sent to the U.S. Treasury, the date it was sent, and where it was mailed. This delay is unreasonable and I am requesting immediate resolution.
