Despite this, I began receiving phone calls from a collection company identifying itself as CVHB, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, NY. When I asked them to provide written validation of the debt and prior correspondence, they refused and stated they dont need to provide any of that and that my hospital payment plan has nothing to do with them.
