I asked 3 of banks include Bank of America and XXXX and XXXX XXXX to open investigations on transfer fraud but they refused and didnt take action. They insisted in closed my account when I ask for second chance. I am XXXX and often used temporary card to receive social security income every month. I do really need my own bank account in order to receive SSI fund
