I.Q INTERNATIONAL SENT ME A LETTER ON XXXX XXXX STATING I OWE COLLECTION APARTMENTS {$23000.00} with interests. My original pay FROM THE COLLECTIONS APARTMENTS was {$21000.00} NINCLUDING ALL LATE CHARGES AND CLEANING FEES. They added interest which is not prohibiteD.Also, the letter the sent was not certified by mail and I was suppose to sign for this legal document and did not. I never received my lease agreement certified by mail and never signed for my lease agreement. I never received a wet signature from the debt collector and when trying to speak about unlawful debt with IQ INTERNATIONAL, THEY SAID MY DEBT WOULD BE {$23000.00} AND I HAVE THE LETTER TO PROOF THEY ADDED INTERESTS. AS STATED AND TRUE IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA FDCPA Section 808 ( 15 U.S.C. 1692f ) prohibits collection of any amount not expressly authorized by the agreement or permitted by law. IQ INTERNATIONAL UNLAWFULLY TRIED TO COLLECT MORE THAN OWED WHICH MAKES THE DEBT INVALID AND VOID. PLEASE CALL FOR ANY PROOF I RECEIVED IN THE MAIL FROM IQ INTERENATIONAL
