I deal with extreme social XXXX and wanted to get a hair service done for my hair for my birthday. When I discussed prior to the service, the woman stated it would be upwards of ~ {$200.00} for the service and when I checked the website to verify, it all made sense. However, when it was done, the hair was not as described and my hair was multiple colors, they had overcharged me for {$500.00}, and had caused me emotional and financial distress. I tried questioning them and they lied and said the hair would fix itself after XXXX wash, and me having XXXX salon experience, I unfortunately trusted them as licensed providers to not have scammed me. When I tried to dispute the pricing, they made up XXXX fees and I asked for an itemized receipt and the receptionist falsely told me it was sending and to this day I never got one. I returned the next day after my hair still wasn't fixed and was extremely damaged after a third-party stylist at a nearby salon reviewed my hair and returned with my mother to try to get things worked out. Instead, they were disgustingly rude and ignorant and made XXXX remarks towards my mother of a XXXX XXXX and mockingly asked if " she even knew anything about XXXX XXXX '' in their XXXX salon. I then tried to forward this information and a letter and explanation with proof, as much as capable, to my bank and they were utterly useless. I described and provided as much proof as possible and instead they just threw me around and acted like it was all my fault and I could predict the future and that they would do what they did.
