I am submitting this formal complaint against Citibank , N.A . for unlawfully restricting my access to funds held in a consumer savings account without sufficient notice, justification, or a timely reactivation process. Citibank imposed a full restriction on my online savings account solely on the basis that I had not initiated an outbound transaction for approximately XXXX years. During that time, I made deposits, maintained a positive balance, and remained reachable. I am the undisputed owner of the account.
