I am filing a formal complaint regarding a loss of approximately {$1000.00} in XXXX associated with my Robinhood Wallet. I did not knowingly authorize or initiate the XXXX transfer that resulted in this loss. When I contacted Robinhood support, my case was repeatedly transferred and ultimately denied on the basis that Robinhood XXXX is a self-custody product. Robinhood has stated in writing that it can not confirm whether the transaction was authorized by me, can not review device or access activity, and can not investigate potential unauthorized access or security issues.
