I have been a of the XXXX credit card for several years and have had a flawless payment record. I was issued the card with no annual fee. For no apparent reason I was suddenly assessed a {$150.00} fee this month. I contacted the bank and they told me that the fee was " legitimate, '' and that I received a letter outlining this fee several months ago. I never received the letter even though my address is correct. This has put a major strain on my finances because I was using this card for a business trip. The bank refused to reverse the charge.
