XXXX XXXX XXXX ending in XXXX Case ID : XXXX I attempted to make a payment approximately around XXXX on XX/XX/year>, at their location XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX. The cash amount I enter in the ATM was {$2800.00} to pay my credit card. The ATM took longer than usual to count the bills ( all XXXX 's bill ) and when finally finish it gave me the wrong quantity {$2500.00}. So I attempted to get the money back because the ATM counted wrong. Then I got an error message and never got my money back or a receipt. Then I went inside the branch to get assistant. The bank employe told me he could not help me and to call the number, then he gave me the ATM unit number XXXX XXXX, and that same employee recommended me to use the other ATM next time because they have been having issues with the ATM that ate my cash. I called the same day to CITI bank and made a report. They issue a conditional credit but later on reverse the credit and gave me a {$300.00} conditional credit only. I have requested another investigation but I'm afraid they are not willing to investigate. They have cameras and I'm pretty sure they do audit on their ATM yet they are denying my credit
