I have deposited over {$34000.00} with my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX bank account into Robinhood for investment purposes. Only a few days after the funds became available on my Robinhood account, the Robinhood team notified me that my account is restricted and under review without providing reasoning. A few days after that ( XX/XX/XXXX ), they told me my account will be closed and my funds will be returned to my bank account. They refused to provide a confirmation for me to pass on to my bank and my bank has not seen any sign of Robinhood initiating a refund. I can not even get in direct contact with an agent at Robinhood. XXXX XXXX XXXX can not see the transaction in their system, they have advised me to contact a lawyer for this matter. This is a large sum of money and I would like to have it back as soon as possible.
