Subject : Re : Claim XXXX Improper Reversal of {$690.00} Credit Dear Chase Claims Team, I am writing to formally dispute the reversal of the {$690.00} credit that was previously issued under Claim XXXX for a defective XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX purchased from XXXX XXXX XXXX ( charge dated XX/XX/year> ). The item never powered on or functioned from the moment it was received. I immediately contacted the seller with proof, including photos and video, showing that the product was defective and completely unusable.
