Open account on XX/XX/XXXX with CIT BANK a division of first citizens bank & trust company. Transferred an amount to checkings account. That amount was made available on XXXX. The account was put on review on XXXX. Customer service says review or investigation. Spoke with supervisor on XXXX. He said the fraud department has to contact you within XXXX hours. He sent email for them to contact me. No response. I called back XXXX explaining XXXX XXXX and want access to my money and would close account. She sent email to fraud and made a complaint to complaint department. XX/XX/XXXX still no email or call about my account or why my account is under review. Called and spoke to supervisor. She said she will send an urgent email about my account and agreed it wasnt good customer service. End of day today still no call or email about why my checking account with funds becoming available on XXXX are not available since XXXX. They rejected a transfer to my other account on XXXX. I only called because of the text message of not able to transfer money. Never received anything saying account under review or under investigation.
