I visited XXXX with a tour group. I purchased a facial set from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year>. I retunred the product unopened the next day on XX/XX/year>. When I returned the product the manager was not present, but the clerk said they would process my return when they come in. I was on a tour and leaving town that day. XXXX has my complete set that I purchased. Upon returning home to the United States, XXXX tried to ship the product to me. I refused two deliveries at time of delivery. They shipped a third time when I was not home. I immediately took the package to XXXX XXXX and had them ship it back to XXXX XXXX. I have disputed the transaction with Goldman Sachs and after some back and forth they have denied my claim. I do not have the product and feel that it is unfair for me to have to pay for something that I do not have. I am seeking your support to work with Goldman to credit this these two transactions. One for {$410.00} and one for {$8100.00}. My claim number with Goldman is XXXX. Thank you. I appreciate your support.
