I have had about XXXX XXXX taken from Chase over the last eight months not knowing that the money was being removed. I have been in good standing for over XXXX years with chase and have over XXXX XXXX in the other bank accounts and I just discovered they have been taking XXXX XXXX XXXX ( at {$5.00} a month for about 8 months ). I had shared this account and some money was removed without my knowledge. I had no idea there was a balance requirement. Thank I was only refunded XXXX XXXX. I dont think this is right for someone who has a lot of money in the bank and has been banking with Chase for almost thirty years. I will Be closing my Accounts soon because this is not good customer service I have transferred money to the account in the event that they DO NOT DO THIS AGAIN and if I get it sorted out. I want my forty dollars credited back please and as soon as possible. Eventually, I will be moving to another bank because Im not happy with this situation. I should have been notified even for the first month of removal.
