On the XXXX of this month I deposited my payroll check in to a a.t.m. It was the banks a.t.m that I deposited my check in. Bank of America then on Friday the XXXX took the funds from my jobs checking account to cover my payroll check. Bank of America refused to release my funds to me until the XXXX of this month. I made a call to the Bank of America branch in XXXXXXXX XXXX where I opened my account on XXXX XXXX blvd XXXXXXXX XXXX They put me to customer service, but I got nowhere with them so I tried multiple times to call the Bank of America branch in XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX nc and they refused to answer my calls. I have multiple issues with this branch on not taking my calls after the first time I call. I have called that branch on the hour every hour for a whole day, and could not get through because they refused to answer my calls. This is an ongoing problem with this branch. Bank of America had no reason for withholding my funds after they had already received the funds from my jobs checking account. They kept saying that they had to verify that the funds were in their system. Well they have the money from my job to cover my payroll check, and yet they refused to release my funds. They had no reason or right to hold my funds that long. I had bills to pay, XXXX shopping to do, and needed gas money to go back and fourth to work. I asked them to at least release XXXX or fourth dollars so I could get gas to go to work. Right here at XXXX time and they still refused!!! I want the same amount of interest that they get from my money being in their bank for the three days that they held my funds from me. They owe me that!! Also they were charging me {$18.00} s a month for maintenance fees in my savings account, and now since Ive said something about it, they are now charging me $ XXXX a month maintenance fees on my savings account. This is highway robbery. They are already making money off of my money just from my money being in their bank and they want to charge me a maintenance fee? No!!! They owe me interest on the three days that they held my funds from me. And I want the same interest amount that they get for having my money in their bank.
