You attempted to send me the balance of this CD on two occasions. On the first occasion, I asked that the proceeds be wired to an account I had at XXXX XXXX XXXX, account # ________. I was informed that it was not possible for you to send the funds to this account due to the fact that a small debit was fraudulently posted to this account by a third party. As an alternative, I asked that a check be mailed to me. Unfortunately, the address you had on file for me [ insert address ] was not my residence address and the check never reached me.
