In XXXX I open account at Chase Bank in XXXX on XXXX XXXX WILL XXXX relationship banker ID XXXX. XX/XX/year> He helped create the account also set up direct deposit for my XXXX had money on my cash up card to open the account but I was told it's not needed and my direct deposit should kick in for the month of XXXX also requested I was send a debit card .. when I stated that I will go down to social security with the account information I was told it was not necessary that Chase Bank works with social security and they could do everything from the bank ... By XXXX my XXXX XXXX came to my cash app card I went back to the bank to speak to XXXX XXXX He stated he'll probably definitely take another 30 days but will be on there by XXXX .. before the end of XXXX I was sent a letter stating my bank account was going to close because of no funds by the XXXX of XXXX on the XXXX of XXXX I deposited {$20.00} in my checking and {$20.00} in my savings .. Days later my bank account was closed.. I went back to the bank to speak to the branch manager They sent me to another gentleman who made a phone call and looked up the account and apologized and stated Saturday the 3rd is '' basically like Monday to the banks and Monday was the 5th the deadline and that's why they close the account .. Will return your money in three to four weeks .. this bank account came with the new checking bonus for {$300.00} and to receive it I must have direct deposit totaling {$500.00} or more into a new checking account within 90 days of the coupon enrollment or government benefits .. when I went to social security to make sure my check wouldn't go to a close account.. I was told that Chase Bank never initiated direct deposit... When I spoke to the teller he stated that he could open a new account.. I replied : " Business is like a relationship And I've seen too many red flags with your bank I can't do business with your institution '' and having to wait 3 to 4 weeks for the money on my account.. I also file a complaint with the cont6rol of the currency
