On XX/XX/XXXX, I chose to close my XXXX credit card from Continental Finance Company ( XXXX ) and found out on XX/XX/XXXX that I had {$160.00} of credit on the card. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called their customer service to have that money refunded. They said they would mail it and I would receive it within 15 business days. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called their customer service to, again, have that money refunded. They said they would return it to the card I had been using to pay off monthly payments, and it would be done in 3-5 business days. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called their customer service to, once again, have that money refunded. Once again, I received a different story. I begged them for the money back and they said it would take 3-5 business days to be refunded. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called their customer service to beg for my money. My family is going through difficulties in this moment, and for them to continue to withhold my money is absolutely frustrating. They said that it would take 10-14 days to receive my refund in the mail, and that transfers to my bank account weren't an option. At this point, I'm desperate to get my money back.
