XXXX responded on XX/XX/year> with XXXX letters, XXXX saying another servicer is the current servicer. The XXXX letter said they are providing proof of ownership, which is a XXXX XXXX XXXX bill with a name I have never used, XXXX XXXX XXXX. The information sent does not prove this bill is mine. I asked for the original contract with my signature along with other information to prove the debt is truly mine and as you can read in the attachments, they have not provided. I would like this debt removed from my credit accounts due to inaccurate information.
