Hello, I asked chase bank to transfer the excess money ( negative balance ) of {$12000.00} from my credit card account " chase freedom unlimited '' ending account number XXXX to my chase checking account XXXX since last XXXX weeks but nobody is doing the transfer. Please refer the attached secured message I sent to them as well as statement and screenshot showing excess amount available in my credit card. I also sent email to their XXXX office but no response. Please refer attached. I am paying 12 % interest to the other bank for my debt and because of this delay I want them to take responsibility and pay the interest charge for these days. Thanks
