The Credit Card company changed the company from the " ShopYourWay '' card to the " ThankYou '' card from Citibank. I paid all of my balances on time but they charged interest. I called them. - very poor voice connection quality, impossible to communicate, high crackle voice, super low quality phone line. ( XXXX ) - line dropping and you are losing the communications - other side operators ' English language is not enough - I called 10 times, over the over finally I succes to cominicate but still they could explain the why that charge the interest. They could not find reason. - They hangup the phone. Please stop this company 's XXXX operation ; they are damaging the American people. I stopped using this card and I have some promotional balance. I will pay all of them on time and I never use this card.
