Subject : Request for Reinvestigation Goldman Sachs Bank USA Apple Card Reporting Inaccuracies Not Addressed Complaint : This is a follow-up complaint regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX inaccurate reporting of the Apple Card account. The Bank did not address the issues raised in my previous CFPB complaint. Instead, they provided a generic liability letter that did not include the verification or documentation I requested. I am specifically disputing the accuracy and completeness of the information being furnished under FCRA 1681e ( b ) and 1681i. My previous complaint clearly asked for verification of the reported data, not a generic statement that the account exists. XXXX XXXX XXXX failed to provide : 1.A copy of the original signed Apple Card Customer Agreement 2.Proof of ownership of the debt ( required if the account was charged off ) 3.A full itemized accounting to verify the reported balance 4.A XXXX compliant explanation of why payment history is being reported for XXXX after the account was closed on XX/XX/year> 5.An explanation for the duplicate dispute remarks, which is inaccurate and misleading 6.An explanation for why utilization is being calculated on a closed charge-off account, which is not XXXX compliant 7.Correction of missing fields such as the monthly payment, which is required to be {$0.00}, not blank 8.Reconciliation of conflicting status codes ( Closed by grantor vs. Profit and loss write-off ) 9.Any form of documentation validating the accuracy of the data they are furnishing GS Banks response did not address the actual reporting inaccuracies. They also did not provide proof or documentation supporting their claims or verifying the data they furnish to the bureaus. Under FCRA 1681i, when a consumer disputes the accuracy of furnished information, the furnisher is required to conduct a reasonable investigation and provide evidence that the data being furnished is correct. XXXX XXXX failed to do so. I am requesting : A complete reinvestigation of this account Documentation verifying each data field being furnished Removal of all inaccurate information Or deletion of the account if XXXX XXXX is unable to provide documentation verifying the accuracy of their reporting This is a request for verification of reporting. Please require XXXX XXXX to provide proof or correct/delete the data. Thank you.
