I attempted to make a cash payment toward my Chase credit card at a drive-through ATM ( XX/XX/year> XXXX XXXX {$530.00} ). The ATM accepted the cash, but then displayed an error message stating : It looks like there was a problem completing your payment. The payment did not post to my account, and the cash was not returned. I immediately reported the issue to Chase. After investigating, they told me they could not locate any cash discrepancy on their end. I visited the bank branch and opened additional cases twice, but each time I was told they did not find any missing amount or ATM overage that would account for the cash I deposited. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with Chase, my money is still missing, and my credit card payment was not credited. I am requesting the CFPBs assistance to investigate this issue and help ensure the missing cash is properly credited to my account.
