Subject : Dispute of Charge-Off Reporting Account Ending in XXXX I am formally disputing the reporting of my Bank of America credit card account ending in XXXX, which was charged off on XX/XX/year> with a balance of {$18000.00}. If Bank of America can not provide comprehensive documentation proving that the reporting was accurate and compliant, I request that the charge-off and any associated derogatory information be immediately removed or corrected on my credit report. Under the FCRA, I am entitled to have all information reported accurately and fairly, and the CARES Act provided additional protections for consumers during the XXXX pandemic.
