Upon 1 hour and 5 attempts through the voice bot and chat bot this company has a really tough process to close their AA citi advantage card. My call was abandoned 3 times in the IVR once I did get a rep offshore they were talking over me claiming they need to see if they can even cancel my card. The rep then went into benefits and ignored the four direct requests I made to " close the account '' I was then put on hold and the call was abandoned again. This is not a good way to treat people. I don't have time to get the runaround or try and get through a system gained to make it very difficult to cancel a credit card.
