I have a prepaid visa gift card from XXXX that was a gift to me. The sticker on the front says I must register my cad first, either online or on the phone. Using both the phone number provided on the card ( XXXX ) and the website provided on the card ( XXXX ) the only thing I am able to do is enter the XXXX digit card number and CVV, after which I am told that they cant find record of this account. There is no option to register the card on either the website or on the phone. I can not find a way to speak to someone other than the teleprompter. On the website the only place to register the card is a tiny link attached to the FAQ section, but when you click the link to register the card the page is blank with no text. There should be money on this card, but I have no way of checking or talking to anyone who can see more. They have made it impossible to access the money they owe me. Most recently I have discovered ( after calling several numbers ) that when I go back to the website to type my card number I am told that I no longer have access to the website.
