XX/XX/2025, I requested to cash in rewards from my credit card with US Bank. I made my request by telephone, for a {$250.00} debit card funded by my rewards. I was charged XXXX in rewards points for the XXXX card. I called back and spoke with US Bank since it wasn't explained that it would cost XXXX rewards points to get XXXX dbit card. The US Bank repersentative stated they would cancel the transaction and return the rewards points. XX/XX/2025, the debit card was issued. I went online to active the card and it showed a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX balance. It had one transaction a Pre-Auth ( 1102 ) Debit showing REMOVED FUNDS - RTN POINTS. This credit from the card was posted XX/XX/2025. I contacted US Bank when after abourt 10 days the points were not placed by in my rewards balance. I called US Bank again and they stated once points/debit card was issued it was final.and can not be reversed. This was per a letter dated XX/XX/2025. I called US Bank again around XX/XX/2025, and explained to them that they had removed the funds from the Debit Card which they issued. As a Pre-Authorization Return of Points. I again requested that they return the original XXXX cash rewards points back to my account balance but they have refused to take any further action to return these points.
